Share buy-back programme
Pursuant to the share buyback authority approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting
on 6 September 2018, the Company has appointed Numis Securities Limited to manage an irrevocable,
non-discretionary share buy-back programme to repurchase shares in the Company within certain
pre-set parameters.

to the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1987, as amended and the Registered

The Company's investment objective is to provide shareholders with a sustainable and attractive
level of dividend income, primarily by way of investment in Credit Assets as defined in the
