The Company outperformed its benchmark, the FTSE SmallCap (ex Investment 
Companies) Index, over the three year period to 30 June 2010. 
 
The performance hurdle having been met, the Board's tender offer proposals 
outlined in January will go ahead. The Board is refining the detail of the 
proposals and will make a further announcement in the near future.
