Reliance GeneMedix plc, the AIM listed biopharmaceutical company, announces that 
at the Annual General Meeting held on 24th September 2010 all resolutions were 
duly passed. 
 
The Company also announces that the General Meeting pursuant to provisions of 
section 656 of the Companies Act 2006 was held on 24th September 2010 and 
shareholders were informed that the Company remains fully funded by its parent, 
Reliance Life Sciences Private Limited.
