Getech Group plc (AIM: GTC), a world-leading locator of subsurface resources, announces its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, 27 June 2024 at the offices of Cavendish at One Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL for which the Notice of AGM will today be posted to shareholders and available on the Company's website at:

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 will not be laid before the shareholders at the AGM, due to a delay in finalising the audit process and signing the accounts. The Company intends to announce its results for the year ended 31 December 2024 in June 2024, following which the Company will convene a General Meeting at which the receipt of the Annual Report and Accounts and the reappointment of auditors will be put to shareholders.
