Admission of Shares

Hydrogen Utopia International PLC, a company specialising in turning non-recyclable mixed waste plastic into hydrogen and other carbon-free fuels, new materials or distributed renewable heat , is pleased to announce the admission of 1,200,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares"). As announced on 16 January 2023, the Company received notice of the exercise of all warrants to subscribe for the Ordinary Shares from Novum Securities Limited. The New Ordinary Shares have been admitted to the Standard List segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc and the AQSE Main Market. The New Ordinary Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares. Following admission, the total number of issued shares and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 385,520,000.

The exercise of the warrants and issue of the New Ordinary Shares raised gross proceeds of GBP90,000.

The above figure of 385,520,000 should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

A HUI facility uses non-recyclable mixed waste plastic as feedstock and turns it into syngas from which new products and energy can be produced. HUI anticipates that its revenues will be derived from a variety of sources, dependent upon location and configuration of the HUI facilities, including the sale of syngas, hydrogen and other gases, electricity and heat sales, and the payment to it of fees for a given quantity of non-recyclable mixed waste plastic received at a HUI facility.
