                  Chairman supports mobile banking fund raising 
 
Intelligent Environments Group plc (AIM Ticker: IEN), the online software 
provider for financial services, is pleased to announce that Clive Richards, the 
non-executive chairman of iE, is taking up 2,300,057 ordinary shares in the 
Company at 9.00p per share and following the placing his interest in the Company 
will be 24,763,056 shares which represents approximately 14.14% of the issued 
share capital of the Company. 
 
IE's Chairman Clive Richards commented:- 
 
"This placing, which I am delighted to support, gives the Company the financial 
resources to complete the first version of its mobile banking platform and 
support its marketing launch in the UK. It is our intention not only to secure 
orders from our existing customers for this new product, but also widen our 
market reach. This is a very exciting time for the Company and I look forward to 
reporting our progress in due course."
