Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker

The Company advises that Cairn Financial Advisers LLP has resigned with immediate effect as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker.

Pursuant to AIM Rule 1, if a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one month, the admission of the Company's AIM securities will be cancelled.
