The Company announces that it has today repurchased 55,000 Ordinary shares into Treasury at 88.65 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 93,583,899 Ordinary shares in Treasury. The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 123,257,896.
