SHARE PRICE MOVEMENT

The Board of the Company (which controls over 50% of the equity) has noted the
significant increase in its share price today and is not aware of any reason
for the increase.

In the Preliminary Results for the year to 28 July 2001, announced on 26
November, 2001, it was stated that the plan for the current year involved an
increase in turnover of 23% and that the Board believes there are significant
opportunities for expanding the business based on its revised strategy.

These plans and expectations remain unchanged. In order to provide the
additional working capital to finance the anticipated growth in turnover, the
Board is considering a placing of additional shares.
