    Longmead Group Plc ("Longmead" or the "Company")
    Suspension and update


    Since the statement made 29 July 2008 the Company has experienced further difficult trading conditions which has caused severe working
capital constraints on the Company.

    Consequently, pursuant to AIM Rule 40 the board has requested that the Company's shares be suspended from trading on AIM until such time
as the financial position of the Company can be determined.
