                 Libra Natural Resources PLC (the "Company")

                              Block listing

The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of a block listing of 18,000,000
ordinary shares of 0.2p each.  These shares, which rank pari passu with the
existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted from time to time to holders
of warrants in the Company on the exercise of their warrants.  It is expected
that the admission of these ordinary shares will become effective on 2 February
2007.
