              Completion of Disposal and Resignation of a Director

Latitude Resources plc ("the Company") today announces the Completion of the
Disposal as previously approved by shareholders at the Extraordinary General
Meeting on 29 August 2007.

Following the completion of the Disposal Ivan Garrido de la Barra has tendered
his resignation as a Non-executive Director of the Company. The Company would
like to take this opportunity to thank Ivan for all his efforts over the
previous years and wishes him well in all his future endeavours.
