PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES

 

On 25 November 2024, the Company purchased in the market 25,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 821.92 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

 

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:

 

102,263,980 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

17,265,552 Ordinary shares held in treasury

119,529,532 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
