                                Grant of options



Myhome announces that the Board has today granted options to the Company's new
Finance Director, Neal Gossage, to subscribe for 500,000 ordinary shares in the
Company. The new options were granted under the terms of the Company's
unapproved Share Option Plan and are exercisable at a price of 25 pence, being
the mid-market closing price of the Company's ordinary shares on 8 February
2008. Neal Gossage has no other interests in the share capital of the Company.



The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 5 pence each in
the Company.
