Next 15 announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 133,611 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to AIM.

The Ordinary Shares are to be issued as part consideration for the acquisition of Explorer MWI Corporation and Explorer Market Research Corporation, by the Company's subsidiaries Savanta Analytics Ltd. and Savanta Group LLC.

These new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 4 December 2023.

Following the issue and allotment of these new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 99,661,695 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
