               RE: SHARE PRICE MOVEMENT


Following  the recent movement in the Company's  share
price, the board of Oasis (the "Board") confirms  that
one  of the options being considered to maximise value
for  shareholders is a management buy out and  that  a
management  team  led  by Derek  Lovelock,  the  Chief
Executive,  has  been authorised  to  discuss  with  a
number  of  financial institutions the possibility  of
formulating an offer for the Company.  At  this  stage
no  approach has been received and the Board is unable
to  say  whether this process will result in an  offer
for the Company.

The  Independent  Directors, being  the  directors  of
Oasis  other than those connected with the discussions
with  financial  institutions, are  being  advised  by
Close Brothers Corporate Finance Limited and will make
a further announcement in due course.
