                       Agreement to participate in a new
                            Film Production Company

The Board of Orientrose announces that it has agreed to subscribe for new
ordinary shares amounting to 13 per cent of the issued share capital of a a new
US-based film production company called Trigger Street Independent Inc ("Trigger
Street"), together with an option to acquire a further 32 per cent of the issued
share capital of Trigger Street for an initial consideration of US$500,000. The
other shareholders of Trigger Street include a trust of which Kevin Spacey is a
beneficiary and Mark and Adam Kassen . Kevin Spacey has worked closely on other
projects with Mark and Adam Kassen who are specialists in producing digital
films.

Trigger Street intends to make at least three digital feature films a year
utilising the latest technology in digital film production and pioneering a
unique profit sharing model with the artists, actors, directors producers,
agents, crew and technicians.

The Board of Orientrose is currently reviewing a number of other opportunities
for the development of the Company's interests in both the UK and the USA in
films and entertainment.
