               Palmaris Capital Plc ("Palmaris" or the "Company")

                               Interim results



Palmaris is in the process of finalising its interim results for the six months
ended 31 December 2007 (the "Interim Results") and expects this process to
complete after the 31 March 2008 AIM Rule 18 deadline for notifying its Interim
Results.  However, it is anticipated that the Interim Results will be in line
with market expectations and that these results will be notified shortly.

This will result in trading in the Company's shares being suspended with
immediate effect in accordance with AIM Rule 18 and the suspension will be
lifted on the announcement of the Interim Results.

The Company anticipates that the results for the year ended 30 June 2008 will be
notified by the end of December 2008, in accordance with AIM Rule 19, and that
the interim results for the 6 months ended 31 December 2008 will be notified by
the end of March 2009, in accordance with AIM Rule 18.
