LONDON--Motorola Solutions, Inc. (MSI) said Friday that at 1200 GMT on Aug. 23 it had received valid acceptances of the offer in respect of 104.47 million Psion PLC (PON.LN) shares, or 73.81%, and it therefore now owns or has received valid acceptances of the offer in respect of a total of 118.55 million Psion shares, or 83.76%.

MAIN FACTS:

-Offer is being extended until 1200 GMT on Sept. 13.

-Psion shares closed Thursday at 86 pence valuing the company at 121.72 million pounds.
