Qihang Equipment Company Limited ("Qihang" or "Company") was notified on 2 December 2011 that Mr Qingjie Zhao and Mr Qingdong Zeng no longer have a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company. Qihang was also notified on 2 December 2011 that Bo Sheng Investment Development Limited is now interested in 13,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 22.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
