            TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EXPECTED ECONOMIC RECOVERY THROUGH 
                      ROBECO ECONOMIC RECOVERY 02/04

The new fund Robeco Economic Recovery 02/04 is introduced today. The fund will 
invest worldwide in sectors which are expected to benefit first from the 
recovery of the global economy. In the past, it has turned out that early-
cyclical stocks perform well in the first phase of recovering growth. These 
include stocks from the chemicals, commodities, retail and media sectors, but 
also stocks of financial services companies such as asset managers and 
investment banks. The fund will also invest in several companies from the ICT 
sector which are expected to benefit relatively strongly from an economic 
upswing. Robeco is currently the only provider in the Dutch market to offer such
a fund.    

"I expect the world economy to recover in the second half of 2002. As has 
previously been the case, stock exchanges will anticipate this", said Jaap van 
Duijn, the fund's manager and Robeco's Chief Investment Officer.

Investments in Robeco Economic Recovery 02/04 have a limited life to maturity, 
which corresponds to the expected duration of the first phase of economic 
recovery. The value of the participating units will be paid on 29 April 2004. 
The fund does not have a benchmark and is most suitable for those wishing to 
realize extra returns in the short term based on a well-diversified core 
portfolio.

The subscription period runs from 5 January 2002 through 18 January 2002 at 
17:00 hours CET. During this period there will be no charge for purchase costs. 
The first quotation will take place on 22 January 2002. The issue price is EUR 
25. Participants can subscribe through Robeco Advies, Rabobank, and other banks 
or intermediaries. The fund will be tradable daily. Management costs will amount
to 1.2% per annum and are included in the fund's share price.
