 Further to the FTSE Russell notice released 07 January 2022 and subject to the simplification 
  of the share structure, whereby each share in Royal Dutch Shell A (UK, constituent) and Royal 
  Dutch Shell B (UK, constituent) will be assimilated into a single line of Shell Plc, please
