Disposal of Rubicon Software Limited

Adoption of Investing policy and

Change of name

Further to the announcement of 14 July 2011, the Company announces that at the General Meeting held today, all resolutions to approve the disposal of the Company's operating subsidiary, to adopt an investing policy and to change the Company's name were duly passed.

The Directors are considering opportunities to acquire a business or businesses which in their view offer more visible growth potential for the benefit of improving shareholders' returns than has been achieved to date.

On re-registration of the change of name resolution at Companies House, the Company will be known as Rubicon Diversified Investments Plc .
