The Company announces that on 20 November 2024 it had purchased a total of 250,000 of its ordinary shares of 20 pence each (the "ordinary shares"), through the Company's broker Barclays Bank PLC, acting through its investment bank, as detailed below. The repurchased ordinary shares will be held in treasury.

The purchases form part of the Company's share repurchase announced on 13 November 2024.
