                        Total Voting Rights and Capital


In accordance with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6,
Silverjet plc ('Silverjet') would like to notify the market that Silverjet's
capital consists of 64,444,444 ordinary shares with voting rights.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Silverjet is 64,444,444 and may
be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Silverjet under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
