          Withdrawal of possible offer for SiRViS IT PLC ('SiRViS')

Further to the announcement made by K3 on 12 December 2006 and the announcement
made by the Takeover Panel on 9  February 2007, and pursuant to Rule 2.8 of the
Code, K3 today announces that it no longer intends to make an offer for  SiRViS.

For the purposes of Rule 2.8 of The Takeover Code ('the Code'), K3 reserves the
right to announce an offer or possible  offer or make or participate in an offer
or possible offer for SiRViS and/or take any other action which would  otherwise
be restricted under Rule 2.8 of the Code within the next six months, in the
event that:

(i)     it obtains the agreement or recommendation of the board of SiRViS; or

(ii)    there is an announcement by a third party of an offer (as defined in the
Code) for SiRViS; or

(iii)   SiRViS announces a 'whitewash' proposal (as described in Note 1 of the
Notes on Dispensations from Rule 9 of  the Code) or a reverse takeover (as
described in Note 2 of Rule 3.2 of the Code).
