                               Notice of Dividend


The Directors announced the proposed final dividend for 2006, of 12p per
ordinary share, in the Company's preliminary statement issued today. Subject to
approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 19 February 2007 the
proposed date of payment for the final dividend is 26 February 2007 to
shareholders on the register on 26 January 2007.
