NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by TAKEFUJI CORPORATION that the funds for the early 
redemption of its outstanding JPY41,400,000,000 1.5 per cent. Convertible Bonds 
due 2018 (the "Bonds") has been duly paid to the Fiscal Agent.  Redemption will
