THE CAYENNE TRUST PLC
Convertible Stock Buy-back
The Cayenne Trust plc announces that it has today bought back
for cancellation GBP50,000 in nominal value of its 3.25%
Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2016 ("CULS") at a price of
109.00p per GBP1.00 nominal.
Following this buy back and cancellation, there remains
GBP2,666,512 in nominal value of the Company's CULS still in
issue.
