Share buyback

The Company hereby confirms that due to some clerical errors made in September
2005 and January 2006 on the reporting of purchases under Tescom's share buyback
programme of Ordinary Shares, an incorrect amount of shares held by the Company
has been reported.



As of 3 April 2006 (the last day the Company performed a buy back purchase), the
Company held 429,671 Ordinary Shares in treasury and the total number of
Ordinary Shares in issue less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in
treasury following the purchase and non-cancellation of such Ordinary Shares is
15,739,556 Ordinary Shares.
