Update re Share Buy Back

On 27 June 2013, at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, TVCH was granted the authority by shareholders to buy back up to 20,222,215 Ordinary Shares. To date 9,583,652 Ordinary Shares have been repurchased under this authority.

The Company today announces that, with effect from 20 September 2013, it has ceased the Share Buy Back until further notice. The Company will continue to monitor financial and stock market conditions and may in the future buy back additional Ordinary Shares. The authority to purchase Ordinary Shares pursuant to this authority will expire on 27 September 2014. There can however be no certainty that the remainder of the buyback authority will be utilised before the expiration date.
