                                   EGM Update

Further to the announcement on 28 November 2007, the Board confirms that it has
adjourned the Extraordinary General Meeting that was convened at 9 a.m. today to
3 p.m. on Wednesday 5 December 2007, at the same address.

The Board continues to examine and clarify the alternative offer that has been
received and although progress has been made, the offer is still both subject to
contract and subject to certain conditions.

The Board is working towards completion of the negotiations and a further update
will be given as soon as practical.
