                            Film Distribution Rights

The Works Media Group plc ("The Works"), the independent film distributor,
announces today that it has acquired UK distribution rights to "Closing the
Ring", the latest film from Oscar winning and world renowned director Richard
Attenborough. The film is scheduled for theatrical distribution by The Works in
late 2007, before subsequent distribution across other media.

Starring established actors including Shirley MacLaine, Christopher Plummer and
Pete Postlethwaite as well as emerging talent such as Mischa Barton, 'Closing
the Ring' is a moving love story, interwoven between the present day and the
Second World War. The film is set to premiere at the London Film Festival on
21st October 2007.
