                            Notification of holding

The Company received notification on 27 July 2005 pursuant to Section 198 of the
Companies Act 1985 as amended by the Disclosure of Interest in Shares
(amendment) Regulations 1993 that Goldman Sachs Nominees Limited has decreased
its interest in the Company by virtue of a sale of ordinary shares at #1.08 on
26 July 2005. As a result of this sale, Goldman Sachs Nominees Limited is now
the registered holder of 310,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company
representing 3.97% of the Company's issued share capital.
