UPDATE ON PROPERTY TRANSACTION


In the Interim Report dated 27 September 2006, the Company confirmed an
announcement made at the Annual General Meeting in June 2006 that it had
received an offer for the Norwich manufacturing site, and stated that a formal
contract was expected to be signed shortly.


Discussions with the local planning authority have taken longer than expected
and the Board announces that it anticipates some delay before contracts can be
exchanged.
