    White Star Property Holdings PLC (the "Company"
    Resignation of Chairman
    The Directors of the Company have, with regret, accepted the resignation from the Board of Mr Brian Basham with immediate effect.  Brian
has chaired the Company through extremely difficult times and believes that it is now well placed to seek a suitable transaction with the
view to restoring shareholder value. He considers that now is an appropriate moment to step down as Chairman and to devote time to his other
business interests.
