Well they have a standstill agreement with the note holders so for certain no conversions until July 24. And they will likely settle with those note holders during that time.

If 9/13/2026 is the drop-dead date, then one has to plan for issues to arise plus time to handle which to me means the distributions would need to be finished by say August 13 or so. This means we would have to know about them well before deadline.

Exactly. That is the point. It's only five thousand dollars. How can they pay $250,000 for an option but can't seem to find FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS before they even amended the agreement....or since then. And why would they need three Months in order to cover it...lol.
