Other Events

 

On March 21, 2012, Wowjoint Holdings Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a 6% stock dividend payable on or about April 8, 2012 to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.

 

On March 23, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing the commencement of an exchange offer for its outstanding warrants. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 hereto.
