Eldorado Resorts (ERI) - Get Report announced Monday that it has completed its $17 billion purchase of Caesars Entertainment (CZR) - Get Report, creating the largest U.S. casino and entertainment company.

The combined company will maintain the Caesars name and ticker symbol and trade on Nasdaq.

Well gang, robbinhood just put the stock as untradeable. Stocks look to be merging real soon. I guess we can say GAME ON!!! good luck everyone!

It’s going down because of Covid cases , all casinos have been lower last few days. The Morgan Stanley did a lot of new upgrades today and only ones down are Casinos . MGM got an upgrade too to $19 and ERI to $52.

You would have though that would have happened today or tomorrow. If the action doesn’t happen soon people are going to fly out of here

Sec Filings have been completed so everything is official. It wouldn’t shock me if they tried freezing all ERI and CZR stock tomorrow or Tuesday. Completed merge by end of week.

On a positive note ERI has been highlighted big time in the news so there should be some massive attention tomorrow. If you listen to the interview it sounds like they are completing the deal tomorrow as well. This should be a wild week for sure. Hold on tight it will with skyrocket or fall completely flat. The shorts are all gone which is a big help because there was a tone!

So my take on this is that shorts today needed to be covered. I would suspect that we will see a flood of new investors come in as soon as the two stock merge sometime next week. Would not shock me if this gets into the $50 range in my opinion.
