Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.

 

On August 2, 2024, Henry Nisser provided notice of his decision to resign from the Board of Directors of The Singing Machine Company, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Nisser indicated to the Company that he wishes it and its shareholders well, but believes his other professional commitments make his service on the Company’s board of directors impracticable.

 

The Company wishes Mr. Nisser all the best in his future endeavors and thanks him for his contributions to the Company while a member of its board of directors.
