Majesco and Vivendi Universal Games Announce European Distribution Agreement EDISON, N.J., March 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Majesco Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:MJES) announced a distribution agreement with Vivendi Universal Games (VU Games) in Europe for two of its titles; BloodRayne 2,(R) its action-horror sequel for the PlayStation(R)2, Xbox(R) video game system from Microsoft and PC, and Advent Rising(R), the first of a planned trilogy of action/adventure games for the Xbox(R) and PC.
