RCRT is NASDAQ/ SEC reporting so if any material event happened they have to report within in 4 days. so we will know soon.

I called Investors relations and got very a positive third party chick that took my number.

Transfer Agents would my best guess for this info. RCRT use a team of auditors. I read through the bylaws and never found your standard T/A?

Just out of curiosity, where are you getting 800M asset management number from? That was the case prior to the GammaRey agreement termination. I’m not so sure that is a proper evaluation anymore.

Maybe they have it still with these 2 acquisitions. But losing the GammaRey holdings stung a bit. They original GOLQ business wasn’t doing very good from the latest 10-Q.

Is there a physical location for the closing?

Based on the amendments to the Montage loans. They get a security interest and a revenue share in $AESO until their loan is paid. That’s what I gathered from recent filings. I do not know how big the security agreement is though. I think it was mandatory to add CognoGroup to the loan debt in order to allow the spin out of assets to $AESO. It also appears Montage will be managing their income until they get paid as well.

Here’s what I base this idea on. From Exhibit 10.1 Loan and Security agreement.

Everything of value is leaving $RCRT as CognoGroup and going into $AESO. I’m putting my bets over there.
