Resignation of Osman Ahmed from the Board of Directors

 

Effective as of July 26, 2024, Osman Ahmed resigned and stepped down from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of African Agriculture Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Ahmed’s decision to resign was not due to any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
