Vicinity Motor Corp. Grants Stock Options
VANCOUVER, BC / June 17, 2024 / Vicinity
Motor Corp. (NASDAQ:VEV) (TSXV:VMC) ("Vicinity" or the "Company"), a North American supplier of commercial electric
vehicles, announces the grant of 50,000 incentive stock options to its directors, officers, consultants and/or employees pursuant to the
Company’s Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan. The options are exercisable for a period of five years at an exercise price of C$0.85 per
share. The Options will vest over a period of three years in six equal tranches, the first of which will vest 6 months after the date
of grant.
