Been a while here. But looks like the ticker letters are picked up by another possible scam. And you were right of course about this sillerman scam.
I've been searching back about sillerman, and I've forgotten what brand name or famous person he glomed onto or sold useless assets to for his wealth at the time.
Do you recall?

They are prideful people there. I tried referring 100,000,000 tv viewers to this company and the head guy seemed dazed and confused. Go figure.

Don't really know. Kinda stopped following it after warning people away from $8500 per share and through the 160/1 Reverse splits and down to about $.25 (All split adjusted)

Viggle was not a scam. It was just a flawed business plan based solely on the "if you build it, they will come and money will be made." Sillerman lost the most money. While he had gobs of money to lose, at least he put his money where his mouth was.

He dumped Viggle and kept Game day and a few others. Ironically, now that it dumped Viggle and it is at no bid, it has the best chance.

But not for me.

Still no bid. Did sillyman get busted for fraud or something?

Vggl dumped vggl. They kept Draft day. Look for a ticker change soon.

This thing was a loser from day one. Not a scam, just a loser.

This has everything to do with the wolverine asset 6% holding+ letter to vggl management and the shorts getting a little flustered as there were 2 million + shorted on the last count. Hopefully shorts will feel a little more heat if Wolverine kicks ass and gets some things moving forward.

Viggle dumps Viggle. And the stock goes up.

Another total BS Press release. The company continues it massive losses but says things are just great.

And EBITDA is meaningless dribble for shareholders in a POS like this.

He already has bought it out. But in a way that shareholders don't know it so he can try to squeeze a few more bucks out of them before he makes it official.

Time for another 1 for 80 R/S. Sillerman can't let this drift off of the exchange.

VGGL is due for a bounce, especially after the recent, large drop in pps. This stock will act in tandem with SFXE for a while due to the Sillerman connection between the two stocks. The rest of this week should be very interesting since VGGL is just coming out of oversold on the RSI.

VGGL is due for another bounce like the one 18 months ago when it went from $.50 to $40 over night....via a 1/80 R/S.

The diff is this time Sillerman has most of his shares in anti-dilutive preferreds and convertibles. Shareholders don't even know that even if there were a miracle rebound....they don't have anything left in it anyhow.

This company has lost nearly $400 MILLION in three years and the gap keeps getting bigger...not smaller.

Let Sillerman choke on this one....he owns it all anyhow.

Who are these clowns that will not sell on Monday at $1.60+ but are falling over themselves to sell below $1.30. Got to be MM selling to each other and then snapping up the market orders that result. Although earnings need to improve this does smell very nasty.

That's actually a red flag. Small cap companies, and those with no real income to figure PE can't justify using an indicator like EBITDA as it's invented numbers on supposed income. So scam companies muddy the waters with meaningless numbers…

I certainly don't believe a microcap company that engages third party research to gain exposure to a broader group of investors is "sicko"

Seems to me that this is being completely manipulated, since Mondays good news regarding numbers if not revenue it has opened higher each day and then been pummelled immediately and kept down low for the rest of the day before repeating the following day. The volumes are not that huge and i see a massive shorting of the stock by MM as the only logical conclusion, today alone down 10% on no news, over 35% down from the record results, come on SEC look at this stuff, i see it so often now its a joke.

This stock had tanking all the way down to where it left off yesterday. I almost fell for that tricky suck you in business partnership scheme. I had a large order in waiting to get fill before the market opening this morning. I decided to do some more research on the company and the partnering with the other company. I was wonder why this stock tank so low, and why was the shares o/s was increasing so drastically. IMO after reading the post comments and research this is beginning to seem more like an ATM instead of an investment stock that will grow and generate profit revenue and increase shareholders value.The shareholders value is deceasing as more shares is dumped into the market.
