declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.17 per share to record holders of common
stock at the close of business on March 01,
2023. This dividend will be paid on March 15, 2023.

Officer stated, "Vinci announced a quarterly dividend of
US$0.17 per share, representing a
compelling dividend yield while we undergo a fundraising cycle that
can drive significant growth for the following years. Since our
IPO, Vinci has distributed 1.37
dollar per common share to shareholders as dividends,
proving our ability to generate substantial amounts of free cash
flow and maintain a meaningful dividend distribution."
