On January 10, 2025, VSee Health, Inc.
(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has been awarded a significant contract with a prominent, innovative
health system in Florida valued at approximately $160,000. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated

On January 13, 2025, the Company issued a
press release announcing that it has been awarded a multi-year government contract with $6M allocated for the first year. A copy of the
