Steve Richards has resigned from his
roles as a director and a member of the Company's audit committee,
effective December 31, 2010, to focus
on other work commitments. Mr. David
Green, an independent director, has joined the audit
committee to fill the vacancy created by the departure of Mr.
Richards.
