On June 16, 2023, Donnelley Financial Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Jennifer B. Reiners, a named executive officer, will transition out of her current position as the Company’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective August 7, 2023. Ms. Reiners will then serve as an advisor to the Company through the end of the year, when her employment with the Company will terminate and she will receive her contractual, and previously disclosed, payments and benefits in accordance with the Company’s Executive Severance Plan.
On June 16, 2023, the Company announced that Leah Trzcinski will join the Company on August 7, 2023 as the Company’s Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Trzcinski has an extensive legal background, including serving as deputy chief legal officer and corporate secretary of a public company.
