New York, New York/February 5, 2016 - A leading national securities and shareholder rights law firm announces that it is investigating the acquisition of LeapFrog Enterprises Inc. on behalf of its shareholders. I bought a thousand shares today at .86 and change. Would have bought more if I could, will do so in the near future. Trading is WAY under book value. Books look good, RE should reverse a bit after last quarter imo. Great company, established target market. Been that way for a long time. There's value here, for us or someone else if you know what I mean. Good luck all.

Yeah but guidance is very poor. I wanted to hold but it has been so bad lately I just wanted to get rid of it and move on.

I had some good luck actually….got stopped out of around 2/3 of my LF position earlier today and find out now after market that LF is down almost 25% on an unaudited revenue shortfall in a press release tonight. Gosh….I am hoping nobody here got further burned. Insane. Management sucks!
